AgileSNOW Extension is a Chrome add-on developed by RatOps Group. Designed to enhance the user experience with the Service Now ticketing tool, this extension offers a range of additional features.
Please note that while AgileSNOW Extension has been tailored for a specific instance, it may not function properly on other instances. To ensure optimal performance, users are required to log in to ServiceNow once and confirm their instance.
Key features of AgileSNOW Extension include a comprehensive dashboard that provides an overview of incident, change, request, and problem queues in a single place. It also offers an easy SLA view on tickets, quick numbers of assigned tickets, and a special view for high severity incidents. Users can configure what is considered high severity and choose whether to receive notifications for new tickets in their queue.
The extension also highlights your team's activity on tickets, allowing you to easily filter and track their progress. Additionally, it offers work easing features such as automatically filling in a work in progress note and providing an "unassign" button for simple unassignment with a note.
Furthermore, AgileSNOW Extension includes a "GetCI" button that collects a list of affected Configuration Items (CIs) for a change and displays it on the screen.
